Floating along a river renewed

This is the picture of the boat at Muang Klang in Rayong province it drive from bangkok for three hours. This place have a boat that people can rent and let the driven boat drive to look at the view at Muang Klang river and people can also eat seafood but the rent payment doesn't include to the food people have to pay they own food and the driver of the boat will send you to buy the seafood. The boat can sit about 8 people and payment about 500 bath for one people not include the food. People can sit at the boat for about 3 hours. Muang Klang river has a very clean river because when people see the water they can see a fish clearly and beautiful seaweed at the river. Sometimes their also fishing and get some fish to make a food to eat not have to pay a money for buying food to eat.

In my opinion I think that at Thailand they have many places that are beautiful but Thai people not even see and want to travels to another country expect travels at Thailand. Travel at Thailand I thinks very cheap you don't have to spend more money for the airplane that you have to fly or not have to pay the money for expensive hotel at other country and also Thai people can help they Economic country money. If you not go to other country and use Thai product not use other country product the money will not go to another country so you can help Thailand Economy.

Terrible tastes

This is the photo of elephant in Assarnha Bucha day. The elephant run in 4 years before this year. It running for the event Tak Bat Bon Lang Chang. People are giving the elephant the food and also people give the food and drinks for monk too but the food are not tastes good enough because the people who are given monk and elephant food are mixxing the food and water by not separate it so it is bad to monk and the elephant to eant because it is the reason why the elephant is stomaches after running and eating the food that people are given.

In my opinion I think that the animal have life same as people when you giving something for they to eat you have to think that if you were a elephant can youeat this kinds of food if the answer is no you have to change the food because elephant is same as you It will get deseases.

same as a monk you have to think that if were you can you eat is you can't eat you have to change food that is good enough for them to eat.

Peemai married with tomboy Pa Top Kuantrakul in April 20, 2010. She wear bikini except wearing marry dresses. When Pa Top and Peemai are married they finds that many problem come though them Peemai changed her behavior and her routines and Pa Top sees that he don't like Peemai new behavior. Pa Top very disappointed at Peemai because Peemai didn't do her work and job that she always do in the pass and she can't separate life story and work story. When Peemai have a problem with Pa Top she always act like don't care. But another time Peemai can thinking she said sorry to Pa Top and she said she will change she know that she is very naughty girl so she will change in the second time she contract Pa Top and her family. Peemai also said sorry to her TV Boss she said that she will separate work problem and life problem so she will not mixing it together.

In my opinion I think that If I were Peemai if I don't like something I would tell Pa Top for sure because If I have Some Problem and didn't let Pa Top know Today have little Problem but if tomorrow and the day after have a problem it will be the big problem to the future. People who have wife or hasband if have problem they have to know each other so the problem will decrease and they will happy and love each other. I think that the defined of love is know your wife or know your hasband thinking.

This is the picture of Luangpho yai at Sing Buri this is in the temple people can visit Luangpho yai at this temple how can people went here this place is 16km from Muang Sing Buri so it not been so far. This temple show people some History of the temple and monk tell that this temple first beginning what day. When people have weekends they loves comming to visit this temple because they want to blessing and pray so they will be happy if they give money to the temple to create new beautiful temple. Luangpho yai made of golden mosaic so it is very beautiful. People wants to pray around in circle of Luangpho yai. The second place visited Wat Phikun Thong this temple is very popular and they have fruit festival so it have sell fruit in the temple, it good to everybody to buy fruit that come from farm so everybody will eat only the fruit that is good and clean. The third temple is Phra Non Chaksi Worawihan have to drive about 9 km from Wat phikun Thong. Inside the temple have image of Sukhothai style. The visiter pray in the temple. The last place that they are visit is Wat Na Phrathat this place not have to much people because it is the place that are very old. Also have the things to eat in the temple it is Salapao and you have to buy them.

In my opinion I think that Thailand have many beautiful temple and a good History of art i love Thailand culture. The temple of Thailand is most beautiful in the world and Thailand have the fruit that many country of the world don't have the fruit of Thailand are very delicious and also it is very cheep you don't have to spend more money to buy Thai fruit difference from other country.

The farmer have nothing to eat the chairman of the Doi Chaang Coffee Group say that they are only sell a good quality of coffee. The company buys the coffee from a farmer at the rate same as the fairtrade set the price. Also the product are available sales at stores and Villa supermarket. Mr.Witoon the cooperative have certification for his product.His product have standard and very good product for customer to choose and buy. In thailand witoon said that it cannot use fairtrade because people have to buy their own product country so it will increase finance to Thailand. Farmer have to use their labor they do very hard work on his job.

In my opinion I think that it is good to have fairtrade because fairtrade help a farmer about the money. Fairtrade don't need to have a middleman. It is good when they don't have middleman because middleman will take money that the farmer earns to be the middleman money. The product of fairtrade are good because it fresh and clean because the farmer really care there product to be heathy for the customer and for their own. I think we have to love farmer because they help everybody to plant rice if we don't have farmer we will not have rice to eat this is the reason why I think fairtrade is good.

Making Breakfast Count

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day,but American people don't eat enough protein for breakfast . Sometime people didn't eat their breakfast. They only eat breakfast at Saturday and Sunday that is not good because at the morning every body have to working with they brain so every body should eat breakfast every day and eat lots of protein in the morning . If you think that in the morning you don't have things to eat or you don't want to cook food try to buy yogurt or bread or one egg it is OK too. Most of us start out with the 10g of protein for breakfast, another 15 g at lunch and 25g to 30g for dinner.

for me I think that breakfast is very important to me and I have eating breakfast everyday some day I eats lot, but sometime I don't want to eat. The things that I eat is milk and bread these are the things that I like to eat the most at the morning, and I think that breakfast help people to have good brain and its give energy to people. Thai people love to eat soft-boiled rice because it have a lots of benefit it have lots of vitamin in the rice and also mix with shrimp give the energy to people that eat it, so people have a lot of energy to do their job in the morning and they will not feel tried a lot. I think that eating rice at breakfast is very good in rice have vitamin help your brain thinking all day and the most important dishes is in the morning.
